Hi, I'm Stephanie.
I'm a Breast Cancer Survivor, Reiki Master, Breathwork Facilitator, Meditation Teacher, Somatic Practitioner, 200-Hour Yoga Teacher, and lifelong student of healing and personal growth.
Like many of the people I work with, I have navigated trauma, uncertainty, anxiety, caregiving, grief, major life transitions, and health challenges. Through those experiences, I discovered that true healing begins when we learn how to listen to our bodies, understand our nervous systems, and create safety from within.
My mission is simple:
To help people reconnect with themselves through awareness, compassion, education, and embodied healing practices.
