My journey into wellness, healing, and nervous system work wasn't born from textbooks alone—it was born from lived experience.

Like many people, I've experienced seasons of stress, overwhelm, uncertainty, and significant life challenges that required me to learn how to reconnect with myself, regulate my nervous system, and create a more balanced way of living.

In 2018, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. That experience changed my life and deepened my understanding of the connection between the body, mind, emotions, and healing. Through that journey, I discovered the profound impact that breathwork, movement, mindfulness, meditation, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellness practices can have on our overall well-being.

Today, I help others create greater awareness, resilience, and connection through practices that support the body and nervous system.

  • Black Belt Martial Artist with decades of movement and mind-body training

  • 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (YTT)

  • Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher

Why I Do This Work

I believe healing isn't about fixing yourself.

It's about reconnecting with the wisdom that already exists within you.

Many of us spend years operating in survival mode—constantly doing, pushing, worrying, caregiving, and responding to life's demands. Over time, we become disconnected from our bodies, our needs, and our inner sense of peace.

My passion is helping people slow down, tune in, and create a healthier relationship with themselves through practical tools that support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, mindfulness, breath awareness, and self-connection.
